Privacy Policy

Account: your email address and sign-in records (sessions, one-time codes stored in hashed form). If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name and profile picture from Google.

Agents: the AI clients you authorize (name, identifier, permissions granted and when).

Billing: your subscription status, handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Usage: technical logs of calls to the MCP server (which account or client, which tool, result and timing). We do not log the arguments of those calls.

Operations ledger: the orders the Service gives your agent (reference, strategy, symbol, side, type, quantity, prices, time) and what your agent reports after trading (order reference, symbol, side, quantity, price, status, broker name). You can see it and export it from your account.

Contact: what you write to us through the contact form or by email.

Newsletter: if you subscribe to Órbita Telemetry, your email address, your language and whether you confirmed, opened or unsubscribed.

We never ask for or store brokerage credentials or API keys. The account figures your agent sends to compute orders (cash, positions, open orders) are used for that calculation and are not stored or logged; only the resulting orders are kept, in your trade ledger.

We do not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers, and we do not sell personal data.

To provide the Service and your account, to authenticate you and your agents, to process your subscription, to respond to your inquiries, to keep the Service secure and to meet legal obligations. Your trade ledger keeps your history, tracks which shares belong to each strategy and lets us remind your agent of unreported orders. Aggregated and anonymized, it helps us measure how the published plan performs. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email only to send it; every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link.

We use only necessary cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a language preference cookie. Our analytics are aggregated and don't use cookies. Stripe and Google set their own cookies on their pages.

We rely on providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly analytics without cookies), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (sign-in, newsletter and contact form emails) and Google (optional sign-in). Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where they operate.

We keep account and billing records while your account is active and afterwards as long as the law requires. Your trade ledger is kept for 24 months or until you delete your account. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept for a limited period. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time, except records we must keep by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to certain uses. Write to info@orbita.markets and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
