Refund and Cancellation Policy

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly, every 6 months or yearly) and is charged to your payment method until you cancel.

Sign in at app.orbita.markets, open your account and choose Manage billing, then cancel. You do not need to contact us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

First payment: if you are not satisfied, write to info@orbita.markets within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.

Renewals: renewal charges are not refunded, except where the law requires it or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we refund the unused part of the period.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
